JERUSALEM, Dec 25 (Reuters) – Standard & Poor’s Maalot on Thursday raised its rating for Mizrahi-Tefahot, Israel’s fourth-largest bank, to “AAA” from “AA+”, citing declining risks in the banking sector and improved capital at the lender.
