Within the sector, Biogen Idec (NASD: BIIB) and Celgene (NASD: CELG) are two large stocks that are lagging, showing a loss of 4.2% and 3.8%, respectively. Among healthcare ETFs, one ETF following the sector is the Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (AMEX: XLV), which is down 1.0% on the day, and up 22.24% year-to-date. Biogen Idec, meanwhile, is up 8.94% year-to-date, and Celgene is up 22.31% year-to-date. Combined, BIIB and CELG make up approximately 6.2% of the underlying holdings of XLV.
