Billionaire Barry Rosenstein runs the activist hedge fund Jana Partners. Friday, in an SEC disclosure, Jana Partners revealed a small stake in McDonald’s (MCD). Following the news, McDonald’s shares rose around 1% and are currently trading at $96.18.
