LISBON, July 22 (Reuters) – U.S. investment bank Goldman Sachs acquired a 2.27 percent stake in Portugal’s belleagured Banco Espirito Santo the day after the bank’s founding family was forced to offload a chunk of its shares, the bank said on Tuesday evening.
