The deal will see 700,000 accounts changing hands and includes $1.3 billion in deposits and $175 million in investments currently held by JPMorgan Chase Bank. JPMorgan?s decision to exit the HSA business despite the steady growth in this market is because the unit was not aligned with the banking giant?s long-term growth strategy.
